Eccles Surgery will only be used for certain nurse, HCA and physio appointments.

• There will be no GP appointments at Eccles Surgery.
• No medicaiton or letters will be available for collection at Eccles Surgery and must be collected from Burham Surgery.
• In light of the current circumstances all Practice operations my change at short notice.
